By using Taskit Technology Limited ride-hailing platform (MUVAM), you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific features or services offered by MUVAM. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Complete the KYC verification process.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Service Description

MUVAM connects passengers with drivers for transportation services. We are not responsible for the actions of drivers or passengers.

4. Payments

• Passengers agree to pay for rides as per the rates displayed in the app.
• Drivers agree to receive payments through the platform, minus any applicable fees.
• MUVAM may charge fees for certain services or transactions, such as processing fees or convenience fees. Any fees will be clearly disclosed to you before you complete a transaction.

5. User Responsibilities

• Passengers and drivers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Users are responsible for their conduct and interactions on the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria.
